No Gap Insulation, L.L.C
Dear No Gap Insulation,
As a woman who is a stickler about good customer service and a high quality product, I can say
I was nothing but impressed with Jim Neese and No Gap Insulation. Jim's crew arrived as
scheduled and didn't miss a beat all day long. They worked hard and still took the time to
answer all of my questions. When they left, my home and yard looked as if they had never been
there. Everything was put back in place and no mess was left behind.
The product itself is also very impressive, I could tell a difference the first day. In September it
was still warm enough to run the AC. As they installed the No Gap Insulation, my house began
to stay cooler and my AC unit didn't have to work as hard to keep it that way. Now that it is winter
I'm so happy that we called Jim Neese to install our insulation! Last winter (2008) we had to
keep the thermostat set at 72 degrees and still would have to cover up with blankets just to
keep warm! This year (2009) it has been such a difference. We have been able to shed those
extra winter blankets and turn that thermostat down to 67 degrees! That's a difference of 5
degrees. We have also seen a difference in our monthly heating bill!

Dear No Gap Insulation,
We have a vaulted roof and a tongue-in-groove wood ceiling in the majority of our home. Poor
insulation in the small cavity made it drafty and cold enough to have a 5 degree difference
between adjacent rooms! We researched various products and selected No Gap Insulation.
Jim Neese and his crew did a great job and coordinated their efforts very well with
Sherriff-Goslin roofing who was working at the same time. Everything was cleaned up perfectly
and we had no issues inside the home.
We have experienced no problems and our home is warmer, quieter and the temperature is
consistent throughout the rooms! I highly recommend this product and Jim's company.

I would like to express how much my wife and I appreciate the job you did. I know that our 150
year old Victorian house gave you some challenges, but you met them with confidence and
conquered each of them very professionally.
Jim and his crew do a fantastic job. They not only work hard, but they are a great bunch of guys
to get to know. Our house has a boxed bay window, without a foundation under it. Jim and his
crew crawled under the porch and enclosed the floor joists and filled it with insulation, so that
the floor would not be cold anymore. Having hardwood floors throughout the first floor made
every noise and sound echo everywhere. That is all but gone now. The next day after you had
finished as I walked down stairs, I could not believe how quite it was. The normal creaking
sounds were muffled. Though you just finished in the middle of October, we haven't really had
a chance to have the furnace on much. We cannot wait to see much less propane we go
through this year.
We have had some very windy days since the insulation was put in. Before the insulation,
when the wind blew from the west you could feel the wind coming up through the floorboards.
That is a thing of the past now. When old man winter finally arrives we will really see how
wonderful this insulation is. I can't wait! Right now we would say this is the best home
